Aww! I dunno about web layouts, no one uses them anymore here! Even my myspace layouts don't get many views anymore :(

If the text is black then that's something you've done to it or your browser.
I've just looked at the code and it has it set to white. I also checked the preview and it's also in white.

first click on forums on the tab link ontop.
click on announcements, and then apply official designer + member.
since you already have more than 50 graphics, you're good to go (=
Just tell them you want to apply as an official designer and give them your myspace or website link. and you're all set!
